Climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress / Visit Dambulla Cave Temple / Overnight in Sigiriya.

Scale the legendary “Lion Rock” fortress to explore the ruins of King Kasyapa’s sky-palace, offering panoramic views of the emerald jungle. Later, visit the breathtaking Dambulla Cave Temple to witness five centuries of sacred art and 2,000-year-old murals.

Transfer to Kandy / Temple of the Tooth visit / Explore local markets / Overnight in Kandy.

Travel into the mist-covered hills to the island’s spiritual capital. Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic during a traditional ceremony and spend time exploring the vibrant local markets and bazaars of Kandy.

Scenic drive to Nuwara Eliya through tea estates / Tea factory visit / Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Ascend into the “Tea Country,” winding through hills carpeted in endless shades of green. You will visit a historic tea factory to witness the century-old method of tea production, culminating in a tasting of the finest high-grown Ceylon varieties.

Day 06
Scenic train journey to Ella / Visit Nine Arches Bridge / Optional hike to Little Adam’s Peak / Overnight in Ella.

Board the iconic blue train for a journey through eucalyptus forests and over dramatic mountain passes. Upon reaching Ella, visit the legendary Nine Arches Bridge and choose to hike Little Adam’s Peak for sweeping views of the Ella Gap.

Day 07
Transfer to Udawalawe / Afternoon safari in Udawalawe National Park / Overnight in Udawalawe.

Descend from the mountains to the dry-zone plains for a high-impact wildlife encounter. Set off on an afternoon safari in a private 4×4 to track wild elephant herds and water buffalo across the savannah-like landscape.

Transfer to the southern coast / Beach leisure in Mirissa or Unawatuna / Overnight on the South Coast.

Transfer to Galle / Guided walk through Galle Fort / Overnight in Galle.

Return transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport / Departure.
